Citizenship in the Red Fork Empire is open to all people (and humanoids) who wish to join the ranks and enter the fight against the Dull. Though everyone living during any time is technically under the rule of the Emperor, formal citizenship allows entry into our group of artists and the prospect of recognition for art and achievements.
All that is required to apply for citizenship is to fill out the application.

The Emperor and his entourage will add finished questionnaires to the Citizen Directory at redforkempire.org, but you are responsible for your own wiki page if you choose.
